This letter is to inform you that a building permit is <br /> required for deck construction in the City of Orono. <br /> Therefore the City must require you to remove the deck or submit the enclosed permit <br /> application with deck plans, hardcover calculations and a certificate of survey showing the <br /> location of the deck and all other improvements before May 15, 1993.
