Hot tub (currently used for storage)& unknown contents <br /> 2. Lumber and construction materials (specifically under the porchJ <br /> 3. Unknown items stored beneath tarps(specifically the pile near the lake and next to the shed) <br /> 4. Ford Truck, MN license 1938YM exp 12/12 <br /> Please continue with your process to organize and bring your property into compliance with the exterior storage <br /> requirements of the City Code. The Code language has been provided to you in the past. If you require <br /> additional copies or have specific questions please let me know. <br /> In order to bring your property into comptiance the vehicle listed above must display current license plates/tabs <br /> and be in an operable (i.e. drivable) condition; the above listed items must be removed from the property or <br /> stored in an enclosed building. Additionally any vehicles, trailers, boats or any other material stored under a <br /> tarp must conform to the City's exterior storage regulations. No new violations should be noted. <br /> As you know, due to winter weather conditions, the November 1, 2013 inspection was not performed. I will be <br /> back out to conduct a follow-up inspection currently slated for the end of May.
