We have contacted <br /> you several times during the past 2 years on the violations that exist on your property. A current <br /> site visit revealed several violations that still exist on your property. Please address the <br /> following issues by November 1, 2002: <br /> 1)All vehicles shall be licensed and operable. <br /> 2) All boats (including trailer) over 30 feet shall be stored in an enclosed building. <br /> 3) Yard shall be neat and be kept free of junk and debris. <br /> 4) House shall not be rented out as a duplex. <br /> If any of the above violations remain on the property on November 1, 2002 we will turn this <br /> matter over to our attorney.
