m <br /> �< ' � <br /> 1 1 <br /> C�t� o� ORONO <br /> � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 2046 • <br /> • - • • <br /> � A RESOLDTION APPROVIAIG THE PLAT OF <br /> BETH AND BRIDGET, A SIIBDIVISION OF <br /> A LOT LINE R$ARRANG$MENT <br /> ' FILE NO. 1004 <br /> WH$R$AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WH$R$AS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono has adopted sub- <br /> division regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of �.and <br /> within the City; and <br /> WHEItEAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br /> subdivision of a Iot line rearrangement by William J. Ulrich, the <br /> subdivider; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of <br /> the LR-1B zoning district finding that each lot is of a size and configura- <br /> tion that wil 1 allow its continued use as a single family residence to be <br /> • fully developed without the need of any variances; and <br /> WHER$AS, the subdivicler has completed all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution A1o. 1987. <br /> 2. Dedication of Drainage and Utility Easements. <br /> . 3. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation Easement <br /> providing for limitations on the use of wetlands and/or drainageways <br /> described therein and shown on the plat as "drainage easements". <br /> 4. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat <br /> • easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORB, BE IT RSSOLVED that the City Counci 1 of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the plat of Beth and Bridget, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1.. Owner of Lot 2 is hereby advised that if the subject property is <br /> divided in the future, the following is noted by this Council: <br /> A) The property currently contains 25� of hardcover or the <br /> allowed amount of hardcover for a property located within a <br /> � Lakeshore Residential Zone. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
