I have attached a copy of the application that <br /> was submitted. Please submit Item numbers 1 through 3 so we can continue our review process. Item numbers 1 and 2 <br /> can be combined on the same survey, aerial photo or sketch. Also,the Goodwin's signature is required on the <br /> demolition permit application. <br /> The City currently holds$2,500 in association with the variance and CUP application. Attached is an updated escrow <br /> agreement combining the variance and CUP application with the demolition permit application. No additional money is <br /> needed at this time,just a signature on the attached agreement. <br /> Finally, the Goodwin's need to come into City Hall to sign the resolution approving their variance and CUP. Both Neil <br /> and Barbara need to sign the document. They should bring along a drivers license or other form of identification so our <br /> staff can notarize their signatures.
