She stated the City of Orono does not allow home occupations to <br /> be conducted in accessory structures. To allow this would be a use variance which is prohibited by <br /> State Law. This property has been in violation since January of 1995. The City has giving you <br /> ample time to seek approval or discontinue the use. As of this date the violation still exists. <br /> Therefore the City has established a final deadline of July 15, 1998. If this deadline is not met the <br /> City will issue citations and refer the matter to the City Attorney for further legal action.
