<br /> and existing under the Iaws of tne State �f Minnesota; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
<br /> subdivi.sion regulati.c.�ns for the orderly, economic and safe devel.opmer
<br /> of land within the City; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for
<br /> a subdivision plat by Hamilton Mcran, the subdi.vider; and
<br /> WHEREA5, the subdivider has ccmpletect all requirements
<br /> n` � of the platting regulations of the City, including
<br /> Ej Dedication of Tract C for public road purposes.
