As a result of the complaint, City Staff performed a property inspection on May 30, 3012. <br /> During the inspection Staff noted an addition to a play structure which appears to be located <br /> within 75' of the Ordinary High Water Level (OHWL) and further encroaches within the average <br /> � . lakeshore setback. The addition violates City Code Sections 78-1288(a)(1)(a) and 78-1279(6). <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance <br /> before Monday, June 18, 2012. In order to bring your property into compliance the addition <br /> must be removed from the property before Monday, June 18, 2012. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference.
