I have attached the 2002 survey <br /> and staff calcs. <br /> If you can certify an as-built hardcover survey/hardcover calculation sheet and the property is not out of compliance that <br /> would be all we would need. He has a copy of a 2002 survey. His plans only include covering the front <br /> stoop with an overhang <br /> - no change in hardcover. Are you in need of a completely new survey or just something to verify <br /> some of the information <br /> on the older survey?
