The play structure currently is located forward of the average lakeshore setback, but <br /> the newly constructed walkway and guard rails on top of the play structure further encroach into the <br /> average lakeshore setback which violate City Code Section 78-1279(6). <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance before <br /> Thursday, September 13, 2012. In order to bring your property into compliance the walk way and <br /> guard rails must be completely removed before Thursday, September 13, 2012. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference.
