I have not yet received <br /> comments from the City's engineer regarding the grading plan however l do have a few comments. <br /> 1. I have attached an escrow agreement form to be completed and signed by the property owner, not the <br /> applicant. Additionally,the property owner will be required to submit a check for the $2500.00 escrow. I <br /> understand that there was a misunderstanding at the time the permit application was dropped off and the <br /> check you submitted was used to cover the plan review fee, as we require plan review fees to be paid up front. <br /> 2. Please submit hardcover calculations for the 0-75' zone. It appears you are not changing anything in that zone <br /> but accurate hardcover calculations are required. <br /> 3. It appears that the existing curb cut at the road is to be re-used. The City has a maximum allowed curb cut of <br /> 20'. Please reduce the curb cut to comply with the 20' maximum. <br /> 4. The survey as submitted was not signed by the surveyor. Following any comments or needed revisions by the <br /> City's engineer the final copy of the surveys submitted must be signed originals by the surveyor. <br /> 5. The building permit approval process requires that you submit a copy of your erosion control permit issued by <br /> the MCWD. Please do so. Additionally, please see the attached information about Construction Site Runoff. <br /> Again,the City engineer has not yet submitted his comments to me on this plan. Further revisions or information may <br /> be needed. Following approval of the grading plan by the City's engineer the permit application &plans will be <br /> forwarded to the Building Official to complete the plan review. <br /> Please contact me if you have any questions.
