This application �vas reviewed as Zoning File�03-2944. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR— 1 C, One Family Lakeshore Residential <br /> District, which requires a minimum lot area of 0.5 acres where the subject <br /> property is 0.3=�8 acres. <br /> 3. The Plannin� Commission reviewed this application at a public hearin� <br /> held on September 15, 2003 and recommended approval of the hardcover <br /> variance based on the follow-ing findin;s: " <br /> a.
