Permit application number 95-230 received October 5, 1995. <br /> 2. Site survey received October 5, 1995. <br /> 3. Revised typical cross section received October 17, 1995. <br /> Staff Review and Summarv: <br /> The project involves the installation of 56 lineal feet of rip rap shoreline erosion control along <br /> Spring Park Bay, Lake Minnetonka. The site is located within Subwatershed Planning Unit U-10, <br /> LM-38. The applicant is proposing to remove an existing retaining wall. After the retaining wall <br /> is removed brick from the existing shoreline will be placed into the voids created by the retaining <br /> wall. The proposed rip rap will utilize boulders between 12" and 33". The proposed filter layer <br /> will be a minimum of one foot thick. The proposed slope will be no greater than 2 to 1 <br /> (horizontal to vertical). The licensed shoreline contractor to do the proposed work is Landview <br /> Landscaping. <br /> Recommendations: <br /> Approval pending receipt and staff approval of <br /> 1. Certification of the following completed permitted projects per the third condition of the <br /> Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Shoreline Contractor's License 95-04: <br /> • 95-01 Winzeler <br /> • 95-02 Schwingler <br /> • 95-03 Blanch <br /> • 95-OS Johnson <br /> • 95-09 Colesworthy ��T � 0 1995 <br /> • 95-11 Canning <br /> • 95-12 Monton/Smith <br />
