Upon review of your property file it was <br /> found that in 1987 the city council reviewed the status of boat ramps and covers on the lake shore. <br /> Property owners were directed to remove the structures, prove the structure was in existence prior to <br /> the adoption of lake shore standards in 1975, or file an application for a variance. <br /> It appears these directions were not followed. Based the current complaint the city has no choice but to <br /> address the issue again.
