As I am preparing to issue the zoning permit for the steps and walls within 75' of the OHWL at 2915 Casco Point Road, I <br /> see we don't have a signed escrow agreement or escrow money on file. Before I can issue the permit, please have the <br /> property owners sign the attached agreement and return it with a check for$2,500. Once we have the signed escrow <br /> agreement and money we can issue the permit.
