Building has all interior sheet rock and finish material <br /> removed without required permits. <br /> 2. Roofing has been installed without permits and never <br /> completed. <br /> 3. Cistern in front yard full of water and accessible to <br /> children playing in the area. <br /> 4. Junk and debris scattered around the lot'. � <br /> . 5. Garage is being used for commercial storage without <br /> required license or inspections; window busted out. <br /> 6 . Building is in a state of deterioration and . <br /> dilapidation, thus it is a safety and health hazard pursuant <br /> to Minnesota State Building Code/Uniform Building Code, <br /> Section 203. <br /> i � 7.
