That the City Counc3l of the City of Orono, pursiiant to the <br /> a � foregoing findings and in accordaace with Minnesota Statutes <br /> , � Se�ctions 463.15 to 463.261 hereby orders the owner(s) of the <br /> � �: property to :raze and remove the structure on the property. The <br /> { ' Council further �orders that all personal property or fixtures <br /> � that may unreasonably interface with the razing be :r,emoved within <br /> . twenty (20) days of the service of this order or the City of <br /> • Orono may remove and sell such personal property or fixtures at a <br /> ` public auction in accordance with the law. , <br /> ; <br /> � . <br /> ; 2. The City Council of the City of Orono further orders that <br /> �x � unless this corrective action is taken or an �answer is served <br /> � . upon the City of Orono and filed in the office of the Clerk of <br /> District Court of Hennepin County, Minnesota, within twenty (20) <br /> days from the date of the service of this ,order, a motion foi <br /> summary enforcement of this order wil 1 be made at District Court <br /> .I� of Hennepin County. <br /> `.• 3. That the City Council of the City �of Orono further orders � <br /> �� that if the City is compelled to take corrective action herein <br /> , al 1 necessary costs expended by the City will be assessed against <br /> °< the real esta;te concerned and co11•ected in accordance with <br /> �� Minnesota Statute, Section 4'63.22. . <br /> .� <br /> 'r 4.
