TEMPORARY IISE OF A MOBII,E HOME AT THE PROPERTY LQCATED . +�� AT 3705 WAYZATA BOIILEVARD � Y•• WHEREAS, Kathy and Brian Fulmer (hereinafter "the � owners") are the owners of the property located at 3705 Wayzata � Boulevard (hereinafter "property"); and , WHEREAS, the property has contained both the residence . and commercial kennel business of the owners; and WH$REAS, on April 2, 1986, the owners' residence was . completely destroyed �by fire; and ` WHEREAS, the nature and operation of the owners' � • commercial kennel requires 24 hour attendance at the property; and - WHEREAS, a temporary mobile home can be placed on the site in conformance with all setback and on site septic � standards. _ ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of . Orono, Minnesota, based upon the above findings approves the • temporary use of a mobile home by Brian and Kathy Fulmer on the . property located at 3705 Wayzata Boulevard subject to the . � following conditions: i � 1 - The mobile home must be removed from the site prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the new ' residence to be constructed on the property within the next _ three months. 2 - Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a . misdemeanor. � 3 - The undersigned owners have read, understood and hereby �� • agree to the terms of � this resolution on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns.
