The City will require that a road and utilities easement be <br /> granted over the 25' wide corridor portion of Lot 2, in order to <br /> provide for any future upgrading of this driveway to private road <br /> status at such time that the level of use of the corridor reaches 3 <br /> �residences. <br /> 10. At such time that Highview Lane becomes a developed City road, <br /> Lot 2 will be required to gain access from Highview Lane. <br /> 11. Both Lots 1 and 2 have been demonstrated to have suitable sites <br /> for primary and alternate drainfields to serve the proposed houses. <br /> 12.
