Idstrom II, on August 23, 1985, filed a <br /> '° formal subdivision application with the City �for approval of a two-lot <br /> S <br /> residential plat of property legally described as: • <br /> � Lots 13 and 14, Auditor's Subdivision Number 229, Hennepin <br /> �� County, Minnesota (hereafter "property" ) ; and <br /> „ <br /> WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accorclance with <br /> - Minnesota Statues 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and <br /> . The property is located within the RR-1B Single Family Rural <br /> � Residential zoning district requiring a minimum of 2 acres of <br /> ,. <br /> � . contiguous dry buildable land within each newly created lot. <br /> ' 2. The property has a � total of 13.5 acres of land, 3.1 acres of <br /> • which is considered wetland. <br /> �� 3. Lot 1 contains 7.5 acres of dry buildable land, of which 3.6 <br /> .� acres of dry buildable land are contiguous with the proposed building <br /> � site; Lot 2 contains 2.2 acres of contiguous dry buildable land west <br /> � of a proposed easement for a driyeway serving Lot 1. . <br /> . <br /> + 4.
