On July 15, 1985, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the <br /> application as proposed and recommended approval of the various <br /> , projects which were deemed by City staff to be of a minor nature <br /> , not requiring detailed review. , <br /> 4. The City Council reviewed this application on January <br /> 27, 1986 and granted conceptual approval for two projects <br /> proposed to be immediately commenced in Spring 1986, and <br /> � directed staff to review the various projects anticipated to be <br /> - commenced later in 1986 and in future years. <br /> , 5.
