That the City at the request of a representative of <br /> the Big Island Board of Governors did delay <br /> consideration of Hazardous Building proceedings <br /> from August 12, 1985 to March 10, 1986. As they � <br /> indicated a joint effort of the Board and the State <br /> of Minnesota was working to bring them into <br /> � compliance. � <br /> , I�OW, THE�tEFORE, BE IT RI3SOLVED a5 follows: . <br /> 1. That the City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant to the <br /> foregoing findings and in accordance wi�h Minnesota <br /> • Statutes Sections 463.15 to 463.261 hereby ord�rs the <br /> owner(s ) of the Big Island Veteran' s Camp property to raze <br /> and remove the structures on the property. <br /> 2. The City Council of the City of Orono further orders that <br /> unless this corrective action is taken or an answer is <br /> � � � served upon the City of Orono and filed in the Office of the <br /> Clerk o£ District Court of Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br /> � `� within twenty (20) days from the date of the service of <br /> �this order, a motion for summary enforcement of this order <br /> � will be made at District Court of Hennepin County. <br /> .�i <br /> 3. That the City Council of the City of Orono further orders <br /> that if the City is compelled to take corrective action <br /> herein all necessary costs expended by the City will be <br /> assessed against the reaZ estate concerned and collected <br /> in accordance with Minnesota Statute, Section 463.22. <br /> 4.
