That the City at the request of a representative of the Big Island Board of Governors did delay consideration of Hazardous Building proceedings from August 12, 1985 to March 10, 1986. As they � indicated a joint effort of the Board and the State of Minnesota was working to bring them into � compliance. � , I�OW, THE�tEFORE, BE IT RI3SOLVED a5 follows: . 1. That the City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant to the foregoing findings and in accordance wi�h Minnesota • Statutes Sections 463.15 to 463.261 hereby ord�rs the owner(s ) of the Big Island Veteran' s Camp property to raze and remove the structures on the property. 2. The City Council of the City of Orono further orders that unless this corrective action is taken or an answer is � � � served upon the City of Orono and filed in the Office of the Clerk o£ District Court of Hennepin County, Minnesota, � `� within twenty (20) days from the date of the service of �this order, a motion for summary enforcement of this order � will be made at District Court of Hennepin County. .�i 3. That the City Council of the City of Orono further orders that if the City is compelled to take corrective action herein all necessary costs expended by the City will be assessed against the reaZ estate concerned and collected in accordance with Minnesota Statute, Section 463.22. 4.
