Electrical wiring is in a state of disrepair and is a <br /> � . potential fire hazard. <br /> 2. Pier footings with no mortar between concrete blocks. <br /> 3. • No interior finish on walls or ceiling. <br /> . .�� 4. Inadequate fire egress windows. <br /> 5. Fire alarms (smoke detectors) not provided. <br /> . 6. Exterior walls are rotting around edges at bottom. <br /> 7 . Shingles on roof need replacing and roof possibly leaks. <br /> 8. The surrounding area around the kiuilding contains high <br /> weeds and brush which creates a fire hazard. <br /> 9. Building is in a state of deterioration and dilapidation,� <br /> thus it is a safety and health hazard pursuant to <br /> Minnesota State Building Code/Uniform Building Code, <br /> • Section 203. � " . <br /> 10.
