Electrical wiring is in a state of disrepair and is a <br /> potential fire hazard. <br /> . 2. Fire alarms (smoke detectors ) are not provided. <br /> �. 3. Sheetrock ceiling damaged by leaking roof. <br /> ! 4�: Exterior walls rotting at the bottom. <br /> �: <br /> "�� 5. Building has been vandalized. <br /> 6. Windows are broken. <br /> 7. Old shingles on roof and roof has been damaged due to <br /> storms and leaks. <br /> 8 . No ventilation provided through soffits to attic area. <br /> 9. No vents on inside plumbing. <br /> � 10. The surrounding area around the building contains high <br /> weeds and brush which creates a fire hazard. <br /> • 11.
