That the City at tY�e request of a representative of the Big Island Board of Goverriors did delay consideration of Hazardous Building groceedings • from August 12, 1985 to March 10, 1986 . As they indicated a joint effort of the Board and the State � of Minnesota was working to bring them into compliance. AT06�1, THEREFpRE, BE 3T RESOLVED as follows: ' 1. That the City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant to the foregoing findings and in accordance wi�h Minnesota • Statutes Sections 463.15 to 463.261 hereby orders the owner(s) of the Big Island Veteran's Camp property to raze and remove or repair the structure on the� property. 2. The City Council of the City of Orono further orders that unless this corrective action is talcen or an answer is � ` served upon the City of Orono and filed in the Office of the Clerk of District Court of Hennepin Coun�y, Minnesota, • within �wenty (20 ) days from the date of the service of • � this order, a motion for summary enforcement of this order will be made at District Court of Hennepin County. 3. That the City Council of the City of Orono further orders that i� the City is compelled to take corrective action herein all necessary costs expended by the City-will be assessed against the real estate concerned and collected in accordance with Minnesota Statute, Section 463.'22. 4.
