That the City at tlte request of a representative of the Big Island Board of Goverriors did delay consideration of Hazardous Building proceedings • from August 12, 1985 to March 10, 1986 . As they indicated a joint effort of the Board and the State of Minnesota was working to bring them into " compliance. 1�0�1, THE�:FpRE, BE YT RESOLVED as follows: ' 1. That the City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant to the • foregoing findings and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 to 463.261 hereby orders the owner(s) of �he Big Island Veteran' s Camp property to raze and remove or repair the structure on the� property. 2. The City Council of the City of Orono further orders that unless this corrective action is taken or an answer is ' served upon the City of Orono and filed in the Office of the Clerk of District Court of Hennepin County, Minnesota, � within twenty (20 ) days from the date of the �service of • this order, a motion for summary enforcement of this order �� will be made at District Court of Hennepin County. 3. That the City Council of the City of Orono further orders that if the City is compelled to take corrective action herein all necessary costs expended by the City-wil]. be assessed against the real estate concerned and collected in accordance with Minnesota Statute, Section 463.'22. 4.
