Electrical wiring is in a state of disrepair and is a <br /> potential fire hazard. <br /> 2. Pier footings with no mortar between concrete blocks. <br /> �� <br /> 3.•. No interior finish on walls or ceiling. <br /> .�: 4. Inadequate fire egress windows. <br /> 5. Fire alarms (smoke detectors) not provided. <br /> �� 6. Exterior walls are rotting around edges at bottom. <br /> 7. Shingles on roof need replacing and roof possibly leaks. <br /> 8. The surrounding area around the building contains high <br /> weeds and brush which creates a fire hazard. <br /> 9. Building is in a state of deterioration and dilapidation, <br /> thus it is a safety and health hazard pursuant to � <br /> Minnesota State Building Code/Uniform Building Code, <br /> � Section 203. <br /> , 10. Orders to remove the structure were issued by the Building <br /> Official on August 31, 1984, and May 22, 1985. These <br /> orders have not been complied with. <br /> � Page 1 of 3 <br />
