Electrical wiring is in a state of disrepair and is a <br /> potential fire hazard. � . <br /> , 2. Pier footings with no mortar between concrete blocks. <br /> .� ' 3. No interior finish on walls or ceiling. <br /> .f: <br /> 4. Inadequate fire egress windows. � <br /> 5. Fire alarms (smoke detectors) not provided. <br /> 6. Exterior walls are rotting around edges at bottom. <br /> 7 . Shingles on roof need replacing and roof possibly leaks. <br /> 8 . The surrounding area around the building contains high <br /> weeds and brush which creates a fire hazard. " <br /> 9. Building is in a state of deterioration and dilapidation, <br /> ." thus it is a safety and health hazard pursuant to <br /> • Minnesota State Building Code/Uniform Building Code, <br /> Section 203. <br /> 10.
