The City requires a 75' setback from the lake and does not allow any <br /> hardcover within 75' of the lake. <br /> Therefore, the City must require you to file a permit application and move the shed to an <br /> approved location or remove it from your property by August 30, 1993. If this deadline is not <br /> met, the City may initiate legal action.
