District the following regulations <br /> shall apply: <br /> Subd. l. Lakeshore Set Back Regulations. The setback <br /> from the shareline for lakeshore 1ots : <br /> A. Sha1Z be 75 feet for all structures except <br /> that on lakeshore lots divided by a major thoroughfare, a lock box <br /> not in excess of 20 square feet in area and 48 inches in height is <br /> allowed on the lakeshore portion of the lot and requires a building <br /> permit from the City. <br /> B. No principal or accesscry structure shall <br /> be located within 75 feet of the lakeshore nor closer to the <br /> lakeshore than the average distance from the shoreline of existir.g <br /> residence buildings on adjacent lots (refer to Orono Manual af <br /> Design Standards and Specifications ) except that this dces not <br /> apply to structure allowed in subsection A above. <br /> Subd. 2 . Lakeshore Hardcover and Land Alteration <br /> Regulations. Within 75 feet of shoreline there shall be no <br /> excavating, filling, hardcover, temporary or permanent structures <br /> except as Fermitted under Subdivision 1 of this section. Wi` <br /> hin 7� <br /> to 250 feet of the shoreline there sha11 be no greater than 25% <br /> hardcover. Within 250 feet to 500 feet of the shoreline there <br /> shal l be no greater than 30� hardcover.
