Tom Kellogg and I visited the <br /> site yesterday with the as-built survey you provided. <br /> It appears that, along the south side of the house,you have installed a considerable amount of hardcover including <br /> stepping stones where a grass swale was previously proposed. This hardcover is not accounted for in the calculations <br /> and by my estimate will put the 75'-250' zone significantly over the 25%allowance. I have attached the approved <br /> building permit survey as well as the submitted as-built survey with my notations. My site photos are also attached. <br /> I cannot authorize issuance of the certificate of occupancy at this time. You must remove the excess hardcover in order <br /> to comply with City Code and your building permit before a CO will be issued. <br /> Let me know if you have questions. Please note we are on summer hours and will close today at 11:30.
