Instead it was decided to use an existing low area as the rain <br /> garden. This low area is not reflected on the survey. Furthermore, calculations will need to be performed as to <br /> the storage capacity of this area to determine if it will hold at least 232 CF as specified in my 5/18/2012 email <br /> (see attached). <br /> • Since there is snow covering the ground and driveway, it is difficult to determine if any of the driveway is <br /> actually directed to this area. It was also discussed about running roof drains to this area. I uvill need to see <br /> some sort of documentation that there is a correct amount of area draining to this low area. <br /> • Finally, the approved grading plan showed a swale along the south side of the house.
