However, the City water as-built maps do indicate that <br /> Tract A of RLS 1311 gains "service from easement", and someone has penciled <br /> in a water line coming from Casco Point Road in the property north of Waters, <br /> then splitting off across Waters' property to serve Waters and said Tract A. <br /> However, our files contain no other reference to this, and we have no record <br /> whether this water line was revised, whether an actual easement across Waters' <br /> property exists, etc. <br /> I am enclosing a number of exhibits which may be pertinent to your review.
