One is at the original 1"=30', the other I <br /> enlarged by 150%. <br /> The homeowner is replacing retaining walls as noted on the third survey. Some of the <br /> walls will be 4 feet high but none will be taller. However there is a long section of a <br /> four foot wall with a second retaining wall above it. There is 3 to 8 feet between the <br /> walls. The upper wall is no more than two feet high according to the property owner. <br /> This wall will stay in place but fill will be added to the area between the walls so the <br /> upper wall is hidden. <br /> The new walls will be made of boulders. <br />
