The height is in violation of City Code Section <br /> 78-1405(7)(b)(2). A fence cannot be taller than 6 feet, measured from the ground up. It appears the <br /> fence does not follow the contour of the ground and therefore the fence is taller than 6 feet in some <br /> locations. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by <br /> Monday, November 19, 2012. In order to bring your property into compliance the fence must either be <br /> removed from the property or modified to meet the six (6)foot limitation by November 19, 2012 <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Code for your reference.
