Please refer to the enclosed code sections (Section 5.40 - <br /> Home Occupation License; Section 10.25, Subdivision 5 (A) - <br /> Approved Accessory Uses ). A home occupation is an approved <br /> residential, accessory use as long as that use is conducted under <br /> a license from the City of Orono by the individual within his own <br /> residence and that use must be conducted per the standards of the <br /> home occupation ordinance. <br /> Based on the home occupation ordinance, you may conduct <br /> private counseling activities at your homestead residence at 1348 <br /> Rest Point Circle with a license from the City of Orono, but you <br /> may not perform these activities at the rental property at 3030 <br /> Casco Point Road. A Home Occupation License application is <br /> enclosed for your information and use. <br /> Please contact my office if you have any questions <br /> pertaining to the directives of the ordinance or any other issues <br /> related to this matter. In any event, the City must ask that you <br /> cease all business use of the residence at 3030 Casco Point Road <br /> by December 15, 1990. The Zoning staff asks that you send <br /> written notice to the City agreeing to the cessation of all <br /> professional/business use of the subject residence by the <br /> specified date.
