A RESOLDTION GRANTING � <br /> ' A VARIANCE AND <br /> CONDITIONAL DSE PERMIT TO � <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE � <br /> SECTION 10.55, SIIBDIVISION 8 <br /> - FILE $945 � <br /> WHEREAS, Robert J.
