RIIC$ AND SCOTT R. LOSl3 <br /> FILE NO. 973 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of _Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> "City Council") has adopted subdivision regu�.ations for the orderly, <br /> economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision by Steven J. Ruce and Scott R. Luse (hereinafter "the <br /> subdividers") of properties Iegally described as follows: <br /> 1. Lot l, Block 1, West Branch Hill; and <br /> 2. The North 2 0 8.71 f eet of the East 2 0 8.71 f eet of the North- <br /> • west quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 117, <br /> Range 23, Hennepin County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed aII requirements of <br /> the City for metes and bounds subdivision for division and combination <br /> purposes, including granting of a quit-claim deed for right-of-way <br /> purposes to Hennepin County. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, B}3 IT RESOLVED that the City Counci I of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a Iot <br /> Iine rearrangement for Steven J. Ruce and Scott R. Luse as shown on <br /> the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated 8/19/85 (revised <br /> 11/26/85 ) and attached to this resolution subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> l. The existing shed on Parcel B shall be removed by the appli- <br /> cant within 6 months of the date of approval of this resolution <br /> (remove by June 9, 1986 ). <br /> 2. Upon approval of the subdivision by the City Council of <br /> Orono, the owner of Parcel C as described in the Certificate of <br /> Survey referenced above must apply to the City for Iegal <br /> combination for tax purposes with Parcel B as described in the <br /> same survey. <br /> 3. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate <br /> • of Survey sha I 1 be f i l ed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin <br /> County Recorder's Office on or before June 9, 1986 together with <br /> a certified original copy of this resolution. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
