RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �,f�.,�: <br /> • � "s: NO. 1890 <br /> • • • • <br /> RESOLUTION FORHALLY ADOPTING <br /> ADMINIS?RATIVE iND PERSONNEL POLICY <br /> ADOPTED NOVEMBER 25, 1985 <br /> iiHEREAS, the City of Orono last viewed and adopted its <br /> Administrative and Personnel Policy in 1976 : and <br /> WHEREAS , significant organizational , legal and <br /> compensatory changes have occured subsequent to the adoption of <br /> that policy necessitating change in that policy; and <br /> iiHExEeS, redraft of the policy is intended to make it <br /> more easily understood by those utilizing it; and <br /> WHExEAS, the policy being adopted has been appropriately <br /> � reviewed� and updated by staff, City Council and City Attorney; <br /> � and <br /> WHEBEAS , Section 2.18 of the Orono City Ordinances <br /> require adoption of such a policy by resolution . <br /> NOiI, THEEEFOBE BE I?
