l .� Cit� o� ORONO � � <br /> . � �� <br /> � 3; RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � .,,;:; <br /> • NO. 1887 <br /> • • • •� <br /> � :.;, <br /> A RESOLIITION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> ENGLUND SECOND ADDITION <br /> FILE NO. 974 <br /> WHER$AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the Iaws of the State of Minnesota; a�d <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted sub- <br /> , division regulations for the orderl.y, economic and safe development of land <br /> within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council. has considered the application for a <br /> subdivision plat by Eric J. Christensen, the subdivider; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet aIl standards of <br /> the RR-1B zoning district finding that each lot is of a size and configura- <br /> tion that will allow its use as a single family residence to be fu3.ly <br /> developed without the need of any variances; and <br /> � WHER$AS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Dedication of the �required Drainage and UtiZity Easements on the <br /> plat. <br /> 2. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of <br /> $150.00. <br /> 3. Payment to the City for the legal. review and filing of the plat <br /> easements and covenants in the amount of $75.00. <br /> . NOW, TH$REFORE, B$ IT R13SOLVED that the City Council of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the plat of Englund Second Addition, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota; subject to the following condition: <br /> The aforesaid plat shal.I be filed by the City of Orono with the <br /> Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before May 25, 1986 together <br /> with a certified original copy of this Resolution. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br /> has not been filed by the date specified above.
