" �.".•.. <br /> � NO. <br /> 1857 <br /> ;• �- _� � <br /> �`��:��::; <br /> A RESOLDTION ORDERING ABATPSMENT .OF � <br /> HAZARDOIIS BIIILDING ACTION AT 3598 NORTH SHORE DRIVE <br /> WHSR$AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, Leslie Labresh, 4575 Wayzata Blvd. , Maple Plain, <br /> Minnesota, is the fee owner of record of property located at 3598 North <br /> � Shore Drive, Orono, Minnesota, herein referred to as the Property, and <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> All of Lot 9, Block 2, Baldur Park lying Northwesterly of <br /> County Road 51. (P.I.D. 08-117-23 34 0023 ) <br /> • WHSRSAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, having duly <br /> considered the matter pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 <br /> to . 463.261, hereby finds that the above described property is <br /> unhabitable and contains unsanitary and hazardous conditions which <br /> constitute a public nuisance and which.makes this property hazardous <br /> to the public health, safety and welfare based on •the following <br /> findings: <br /> l. Masonry foundation failing - crack with 1/2" to 1" <br /> openings. <br /> 2. Wall on east side leaning - top out 6" approximately. <br /> 3. Wood rotting throughout building. <br /> 4. Stairs to basement structuraly unsafe. <br /> 5. Exterior wood siding weathered - no protection. <br /> 6. Roof appears to be in poor condition. <br /> 7. Buildingis in a state of deterioration and dilapidation, <br /> thus it is a safety and health hazard pursuant to <br /> Minnesota State Building Code/Uniform Building Code, <br /> Section 203. <br /> � 8.
