The portion of the property to be used as a building site is <br /> � located in the LR-1B Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br /> Zoning District, and the portion of the property north of the <br /> lagoon is zoned I,R-1C-1, One-Family Lakeshore Residential � <br /> Subdistrict. � � <br /> 3.
