Based on our review,we offer the following comments for your <br /> consideration: <br /> 1. This project will disturb more than 100 cubic yards of material. Therefore,a Storm Water <br /> Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP}must be submitted for review in accordance with Sec. 79 of <br /> the City Code. The minimum$2,000 sediment and erosion control financial security should also <br /> be required of the owner for this permit. <br /> 2. Hardcover calculations must be submitted demonstrating compliance with the City's Hardcover <br /> requirements. <br /> 3. Existing drainage patterns need to be maintained. <br /> 4. The applicant will be required to obtain a Minnehaha Creek Watershed District permit for erosion <br /> control.
