LMCD Code Section 2.01, subd. 1 defines an <br /> Dennis Klohs <br /> Minnetonka Beach authorized dock use area as`�hat area of the Lake which may be used for docks, <br /> B'��o�s°" moorings, boat storage swimming floats, ski jump storage, diving towers, or which <br /> victoria <br /> Herb Suerth may enclosed on three sides for any of these purposes". LMCD Code Section <br /> 2.01, subd. 2b)states that the authorized dock use area is limited in width by setback <br /> limitations from the side site line extensions as follows: <br /> For that portlon of the length of the authorized The setback shall be <br /> dock use area which extends from the shore <br /> • Zero to 50 feet 10 feet <br /> • Over 50 feet to 100 feet 15 feet <br /> • Canopies 20 feet <br /> This Code Section allows abutting property owners to mutually consent to adjustment <br /> of these side setback requirements on a case by case basis, which may be revoked <br /> at any time. <br /> You had stated that you are willing to move the dock to meet the site setback but are <br /> leaving town today and would not be back until June 16�.
