MEMORANDUM
DATE: 9/30/97
TO: Bruce Vang, Building Inspector
FROM: Brad Bressler, Planning Assistant
RE: Driveway Plans-2795 Casco Point Road
ATTACHMENTS: Hardcover Sheets for Subject Property
Based on the various hardcover sheets we have received regarding this proposed driveway,it appears
as though hardcover will be increased by 24 s.£ The original proposal had the driveway at 2,028
s.f, while a revised proposal shortened the garage by 2' and lengthened the driveway by 2', thereby
not increasing hardcover. That revision put the driveway up to 2,061 s.f. The latest actual proposal
that was submitted proposes the driveway at 2,085 s.f., 24 s.f. over the total amount of hardcover
originally proposed in the 250' to 500' lakeshore zone.
It appears as though the resolution allowed for 38.9% hardcover in the 250' to 500' zone where
35.33%was being proposed and which is now been proposed at 35.6%. This is still less than the
amount allowed by the resolution.
Judging by the information you have given me and what was available in the street file, there does
not appear to be a problem with the latest proposal. If you have any further questions, feel free to
ask.
