3 F <br /> 5�'. <br /> `� '� ��� Clty of ORO1�0 ' � � <br /> � .� �. , <br /> F •e�� � _ <br /> , �� . r x� <br /> � i �:� ���; RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �,;n:�::::; NO. �-3-�8- 17 8 7 <br /> ' • ��', <br /> « . g a4 gs <br /> • � •� �• <br /> ,,,:��_� <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PROJECT 85-2 FOR <br /> THE ART CENTER OF MINNESOTA <br /> WHEREAS, the Art Center of Minnesota is presently being <br /> served by a on site septic system with a capacity of 1 ,80� <br /> gallons per day, and <br /> WHEREAS , the Art Center of Minnesota is operating on a <br /> Conditional Use Permit as an institutional use for educational <br /> purposes within a residential zone, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Crystal Bay sewer project will be in close <br /> proximity to serve the Art Center of Minnesota, and <br /> • WHEREAS, the public health safety and welfare would be <br /> benefitted by c.onnecting the Art Center to Minnesota to the <br /> Crystal Bay Sewer Project, and <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined the appropriate number <br /> of assessment units for the Art Center is to be ten (10) units, <br /> and � ° � <br /> WHEREAS, Project 85-2 is a project to include the Art <br /> Center in the overall Crystal Bay sewer project, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Project 85-2 is <br /> ordered in, and <br /> FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that a special assessment <br /> hearing be ordered for Project 85-2, and <br /> FURTHER BE IT R$SOLVED, that should a special assessment , <br /> be spread that the Art Center of Minnesota be allotted ten (10) <br /> assessment units as part of the Crystal Bay sewer project. <br /> Adopted by the _ City Council of the City of Orono, <br /> Minnesota at a regular meeting held July 8 , 1985. <br /> � � � � <br /> Mary C.
