' � <br /> THE NLTMBER OF SEWER DNITS AT <br /> 1960 SHORELINE DRIVE <br /> . WHEREAS, the use of the property at 1960 Shoreline <br /> Drive in Orono is currently under a Conditional Use Permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Conditional Use Permit allows for the <br /> operation of a "service station"; and � <br /> wHEREAS, a service station operation requires two sewer <br /> units as per the schedule provided by the Metr-opolitan Waste . � <br /> Control Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS , the currerit use of the property is an <br /> automative repair shop that does not dispense great volumes of <br /> gasoline; and - <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has determined that under current <br /> conditions the operation does qualify for one sewer unit until <br /> • such time as the operation changes. : <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that one sewer unit wi 11 <br /> be assessed immediately and one sewer unit will be deferred until <br /> such time as the operation changes back to a "service station" in <br /> . which the dispensing of gasoline is a major part of the <br /> operation. � <br /> " BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when the deferred assess- <br /> ment becomes due, that the assessment will be spread over the <br /> same amount of time as all other units. � � <br /> Adopted by the City Council, Orono Minnesota on this <br /> lOthday of June , 1985. . � <br /> ATT ST: <br /> � , <br /> _'O </ / , � <br /> othy M. llin; City C1erk Mary C.
