• - Resolution #1772 <br /> . : ; <br /> � <br /> property within the corporate limits of the City a general ad <br /> valorem tax in the years collectible and in the amount provided <br /> as follows: <br /> Year Collectible Amount <br /> See attached sheet <br /> 11. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to pre- <br /> pare and furnish to the purchaser and to the attorneys approving <br /> the Bonds , certified copies of all proceedings . and records <br /> • relating to the issuance of said General Obligation Improvement <br /> Bonds o€ 1985 and to the right, power and authority of the City <br /> and its officers to issue the same, and said certified copies and <br /> certificates shall be deemed the representations of the City as <br /> to all matters stated therein. <br /> 12. The City Clerk shall furnish a certified copy of <br /> this resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, and <br /> obtain the County Auditor' s certificate as required by law. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> was duly seconded by Member Tim A��mc and upon <br /> vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Adams, Frahm, Grabek, Adams (Lynn) <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> . <br /> -10- <br />
