The City Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of <br /> the notice of sale in the official newspaper and in Commercial <br /> West, which affidavits were examined and found satisfactory and <br /> ordered placed on file. � <br /> • � * * * * * * * * <br /> The Finance Director then presented the bids received <br /> prior to 4 :00 �o'clock P.M. and opened by the Finance Director <br /> pursuant to the notice of sale for the General Obligation <br /> Improvement Bonds of 1985.
