PRIESZ, J,R. � <br /> . . , . <br /> � WHEREAS , on Sunday, April 28, 1985, a burglary was <br /> committed at the offices of Dr. Ohmann, 216� West Wayzata <br /> Boulevard, in Orono; and <br /> � � . � <br /> WHEREAS, the efforts of Arthur W. Priesz,Jr. resulted in . <br /> the arrest and charge of an individual for second degree burglary <br /> in connection with the breakin; and . � <br /> . � <br /> WHEREAS, Arthur W. Priesz, Jr. provided police with a <br /> good description of the suspect and was willing to participate at <br /> a lineup. <br /> WHEREAS, an alert and c000erative citizenry is essential <br /> • to maintaining law and order; and � � <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Orono wishes to commend and <br /> � encourage the involvment of its residents in the overall � <br /> protection of the community and,. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT �RESOLVED, that the City Counci 1 of <br /> . the City of Orono hereby highly commends Arthur W. Priesz, Jr. <br /> on the abovP listed actions and express their gratitude, that <br /> Arthur W.
